Every piece manufactured at Khoi Nguyen ITC follows disciplined quality control: 8–12% target moisture, ±2 mm dimensional tolerance, strict surface flatness, and verified food-contact compliance (RoHS, lead-free coating, heavy metals and microbiological testing).

Cutting & preparation: Sizing, strip preparation and removal of unacceptable defects.
Lamination & CNC
